Places For Rhinoplasty

Question:

Ive noticed that my voice has become increasingly more "nasely" sounding over the past few years. My friends confirm this.
Blowing my nose doesnt discharge any muscus. Also, I dont know if its related, but the smell when I breath out through my nose is often foul. Could it be sinuses?

Would a rhinoplasty surgeon be of any help?

Answer:

You need to see a ENT specialist to find out why the bad smell and change of pitch has happened. A plastic surgeon remodels healthy noses, and your sounds unhealthy.
Overgrown, infected nasal polyps could be the cause.
