Cost For Rhinoplasty

Question: Does anyone know if rhinoplasty includes changes to the bony region at the
top of the nose or does it normaly only include reduction of the
cartilage?
I realize that this is not SRS but this seems the appropriate channel for
questions about permanent body modifications.
Answer: Depends on your nose, but the nose is cartilage and the differences in
procedures revolve around whether the resizing and reshaping can be done from
within or does the skin need to be removed and replaced.
In my case, 2 of 3 surgeons said they needed to do the latter and the
difference in cost was about US$ 5,000.
My nose ain't so bad, so i opted for boobs instead.
