Average Cost Of A Nose Job

Question: I have
even privately emailed you for answers to questions and seeking advice
on certain projects with absolutely no response, My Bad, Wont happen
again! I have posted on a few different subjects and have recieved
alot of wonderful comments by various others on this forrum. For those
people, Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge! I have
successfully made many different effects shells, mines, smoke comps.
and other devices. Hell, I have even made a couple of salutes! (The
whole time my pecker was "prairie dogging" in fear-you know -poking
it's head out of the hole to see if all was OK) But it sure seems that
your knowledge could better serve the new people by actually giving
good straight forward advice instead of dissmissing all "new" people
as punk ass kids wanting to blow up the neighbors mailbox.
I do appreciate the links for the PFP and Visser's database, I didnt
have them before, but come on! You have progressively gotten worse
over the last year. Constant paranoia, hostility, and total disregard
of common courtesy.
I have considered leaving this forum due to the constant bashing of
the people that are under 300 yrs. old. I'm almost 40 and dont
need you to wipe my snotty nose, but when a serious question is asked
maybe try to be helpful instead of a arrogant prick.
Answer: Even the people that know, like and respect him.
And I agree with you on your statements.
I have talked to many profesional firework companys that say if they
fire 1000 shells they take 1000 guns. I wish I hade 1000 guns.
In the old days they didnt have hdpe guns
So Harry is just stateing what he knows.
Doug, you do a good job of presenting your stand on issues.
Unfortunatly some "old timers" get set in there ways and there just
isnt anything else.
He refers to us as kids but most "children" couldnt afford this as a
hobby.
I would guess the average age is 30-45.
That age group dosent like to be called children.
So people become unhappy with what he says.
I sell and repair radiators. Try convincing some 70 year old guy that
plastic tank radiators are good.
Depending on how you look at it we are both right.
He says old copper/brass is the only way. "you can fix those" he says
Well I say plastic tank radiators go 100,000 miles trouble free in
many cases.
Most copper/brass gets fixed on average of every 30,000 (rod out ect.)
And costs more than buying a new one.
The new ones are all made in china so quality of copper/brass is low.
With the cost of copper/brass at an all time high.
To build a quality copper/brass radiator would cost 3times and no one
wants to pay it.
Yes the american consumer is cheap with no concept of quality.
You get what you pay for.
I have learned to change with the times.
But I couldnt tell you how many times I have been cussed out for
trying to rip some old fart off by selling him a plastic tank
radiator.
Got to be all metal or he WONT buy it.
The point is that basically ALL new vehicles made today have plastic
tank radiators.
Why? Because they put 100,000 mile warrentys on them and thats it.
Dont get me wrong. I think new cars are built like junk compared to
old cars.
I have a 63 SS Nova and I love that car.
But I drive a 03 toyota tacoma because its reliable (for work)
Times change and some people dont want that.
I dont like many things that have change in america but I roll with
it.
I beleive everyone is entitled to there opinion.
Some people just represent themselves better than others.
