Ashlee Simpson is the latest example of everything that's wrong with popular
music. She basically has no talent to speak of, but she's packaged for mass
distribution thanks to modern technology. She has others write her songs,
she plays no instrument, she can't sing worth a damn without an autotuner,
and she looks like every other bimbo in L.A. Yet somehow she's selling
millions of records and making millions of dollars while girls with real
talent who deserve such a break will forever toil in obscurity.
Must be really long ago since I looked at a pic of Gwen Stefani, since
last time I saw she was still flat as a board!
